Keto meets Charleston Restaurant Week

The Keto diet has surged in popularity over the past few years! If you don’t know what we’re talking about, a ketogenic, “keto”, diet is a way of eating that involves little to no carbs! Was going keto your New Year’s resolution? You don’t have to break your diet to join in on Charleston Restaurant Week!
